Reviews production schedules to assign duties to shifts employees.
Interprets company policies to workers and enforces safety regulations.
Recommends continuous improvement methods for production, equipment performance and quality of product as well as increase efficiency of shop and work crew.
Analyze and resolve work problems and assists employees in problem solving strategies.
Recommend and initiate employee motivation techniques to achieve work goals.
Work with lab personnel when adds are required.
Interact with other Department Leaders to coordinate individual department activities.
Performs activities or supervised employees
and performs other duties as assigned by
supervisor.
One year certificate from college or technical school; or three to six months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
