Quality Technician

Assist with quality related tasks.

Review incoming material as well as products from customers
Ensure work tickets are prepared accurately
Prepare PPAP packages as requested by the customers
Perform day-to-day quality issues including responding to customer complaints
Ensure the overall ISO Quality Management System is maintained on the floor
Implement relevant continuous improvement projects throughout the organization
Monitor trend of measurables such as scrap, delivery performance, etc.
Oversee maintenance of plant equipment including calibration related issues
